Usage Agreement

ITW Thermal Films - a division of Illinois Tool Works Inc - together with its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, "ITWTF") allows the use of its trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary imagery subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below (the "Agreement"). PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.

By accessing, copying, or downloading any of ITWTF’s trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary imagery, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions described herein and all documents, policies and guidelines incorporated by reference. This Agreement does not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other written or online agreement you may have or will have with ITWTF. ITWTF reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement or any policy or guideline referenced herein at any time and in its sole discretion. If the Agreement is changed, we will post the new terms on this website. Any changes or modifications will be effective upon posting of the new Agreement on the website, and your access to and use of the website following the posting of such changes or modifications will constitute your acceptance of the Agreement as revised.

1. The use of the trademark, copyright, or proprietary imagery shall only be for use in association with your distribution of ITWTF products and services.
2. The use of and description of the performance features of the ITWTF products and services shall not be used in any context related to other competitor’s ribbons and/or services.
3. The mark shall not appear in any printed or electronic format without the association of a trademark symbol (“®”), and without noting ITWTF as the owner of the trademark and that your use of the trademark is under license from ITWTF.
4. ITWTF’s trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary imagery may not be modified in any manner without the prior express written consent of ITWTF.
5. New materials that are created by the distributor that use ITWTF’s trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary imagery will be sent to ITWTF for review and approval prior to publication.
6. You shall use ITWTF’s trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary imagery only in conjunction with goods and services that are approved of by ITWTF at ITWTF’s sole discretion.
7. All use of ITWTF’s trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary imagery and any goodwill associated therewith shall inure solely to the benefit of ITWTF.
8. ITWTF makes no warranty regarding ownership of any rights in or the validity of the licensed trademark.
9. ITWTF may terminate this agreement or cancel any rights granted herein at anytime for any reason whatsoever without limitation.
