To our Valued Distribution Partners and Potential Partners,

The last year has been very positive for both ITW Thermal Films and our industry as a whole. We are enjoying additional growth while continually improving our manufacturing performance, and would like to thank each of you for helping us set new revenue records. We appreciate the confidence that you continue to place with our organization.

I also wanted to share some of our plans for 2007 with our partners. As an industry leader, ITW Thermal Films has always strived to proactively identify key objectives that will have a positive impact in the North American marketplace. For 2007 these will include:

• Provide the highest quality TTR products with industry benchmarking performance of daily "on time" shipping, while helping our distribution partners participate in solid margins
• Create unique fulfillment programs utilizing the scope and strength of ITW Thermal Films worldwide
• Aggressively pursue competitive opportunities with our distribution partners that create additional value for the end users of the TTR products
• Continue to enhance the customer service model that has been recognized in the industry as the best in the business!
