Setting the benchmark in the thermal transfer ribbon industry is something that we have done consistently over the last ten years. From our industry leading formulations to our policies creating the easiest TTR manufacturer to do business with, we continually strive to enhance the relationship that we have with our distribution partners. We have made a couple of modifications to our customer service programs and want to take this opportunity to let you know about those changes. We also want to remind you of services that ITW Thermal Films have had in place over the past few years.

The additional current services available are:

• Extended customer service hours from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm to help with the “end of the day” needs/rush of your customers.
• Three additional internal and field based team members to assist in the promotion of our products. The team members are trained and ready to support your request!
• We offer the ability to track your UPS and FEDEX 24 hours a day via the ITW Thermal Films website www.itwthermalfilms.com .
• We proactively provide the tracking numbers on the invoices we send to your organization.
• Immediate access to a faxed invoice which will include your shipping cost and tracking number the morning after shipment.
• Voicemail is available after hours and will be retrieved and acted upon the next business day.
• If you would like to sign up for the fax back or email program for order entry confirmation or invoicing, please contact your customer relations representative.

Don’t let your ideas go unheard. We continually monitor the suggestions that come in from our partners to further set the service bar higher for our TTR products, programs and promotional ideas that we bring to you on an ongoing basis. The competition is on the move trying to catch up to our programs, with your help we can continue to stay ahead.
